Motorola Defy rugged smartphone has been set for the official launch. The phone has IP68 and military standards to survive in very tough conditions. Motorola says the phone has dual-sealed housing through which the phone can survive 5 feet underwater for 35 minutes. Motorola Defy is sand, dust, and dirt, humidity, and salt mist resistance. The phone has been put to vibration and tumble test as well. Motorola Defy is capable of MIL-SPEC 810H extreme temperature survivability and can withstand repeated drops from up to 6 feet. The new Motorola Defy price for the 4GB+64GB storage variant has been set to EUR 329 (29,000) or GBP 279 (28,700). The phone is available in only two colors option, Black and Forged Green. Motorola Defy runs on Android 10 and will soon get Android 11. The dual SIM (Nano) phone comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with corning gorilla glass victus protection. The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC that is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which can be further extended.
